Was all made very easy by the letting agent. Great connection by email and no problem when I called to ask a few questions. Will definitely book again with them. The the flat was very nice and very clean could not have asked for more. Tea , coffee and dishwasher tablets all there to use and clean towels what more could a man want. Did not have a bad meal out all weekend great places to eat. Oh and the castle was not bad either. Loved Windsor.

Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing I would mention is that it's a bit noisy due to airplanes, given the proximity to the airport.

Overall a good stay and great location. We were based on the 2nd floor in the Pavilions, the apartment was generally clean on arrival - we did have issues with the hot water on day 1, however we worked out how to rectify the issue. The documentation for the equipment was not up to date, so we had to google some aspects on how to use the induction hob as it kept turning off. The apartment does need to be modernised with better cutlery, the TV should be a lot larger for the size of the apartment and windows that can operate without issues - we encountered many issues over our 1 month stay. In the last few days when it started to get cooler, we tried to turn on the central heating and that failed. The maintenance team are quite prompt and helpful, however they cannot fix all issues instantly. I would recommend the apartment, with the caveat it is a little aged in certain areas.

Nice accomodation, good location. But the flat was what the promo photos showed. In photos there was wooden floor and reality was fullfloor carpet.

A nice apartment within walking distance of downtown Windsor. Great space for our family of three with nice furnitures and amenities. Secure gated door access into the community and the parking lot are very much pluses so we felt safe at night. We are surprised with the floored heating so during the early springs the nights are warm and cozy! Definitely a place to go back to whenever we visit England again!

We stayed at 20 Camperdown House from 14th to 19th November 2023. The apartment was excellent - very warm and clean. Parking was easy - right beside the front entrance and only a short flight of stairs to climb with the luggage. It is in a great location - in a quiet road but only a short walk into town. Apartment was great, everything you needed and an amazing location. Only 2 tiny things i would comment on. 1 - lack of sockets, especially in the bedroom, extension cables would sort the problem. 2 - It was a wee bit annoying having to take the keys back to the main office. Would have been great if there was a box to leave keys at the apartment building.

An excellent short stay at 3 Lord Raglan House. Apartment was clean and was as described. It was a comfortable stroll to the many restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs that Windsor has to offer. Free, off road parking was a great bonus and access to the car park was very simple. The stairs up to the apartment were not a problem in practice. A small issue with the door lock gave the management team an opportunity to shine and the problem was resolved quickly. Rebecca and Syed were great to deal with. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at 9 Lord Raglan House last week. Having been moved from 31B St Leonard's Road we were pleasantly surprised that we did not find it too far out. Thank you for your help and assistance with the booking. The property was smart and well looked after. Just one exception to this the paintwork in the bathroom needs some attention. In particular paint is coming off the bath panel which meant it was hard to sweep the floor well as more kept coming off! 2 other comments - It would be good to have some coat hooks in the hall and some spare bin bags provided. We stayed in Courtyard in Windsor for nearly three weeks. We had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. Clean beds, very nice bathroom. The location is a total winner. You get out of the door and straight on High street. Can watch the guards changing every day. Easy access to shops, amenities and railway station if you need to get to London.

Location & Parking - Excellent. Size - Lounge and kitchen were fine, the smaller bedroom was a little too small for the size of bed. Equipment - Hoover was a bit naff, the tin opener and salt mill didn't work but otherwise fine. As a base during the week it was good, I probably would not chose this apartment again owing to the smaller bedroom size but otherwise it was great. Final comment is that the glass fronted bookcase - cabinet next to the kitchen did not appear to be fixed to the wall. This could be a bit of a hazard.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Windsor. We felt very comfortable in the flat, which was very well located right in the centre of Windsor, yet in a quiet spot. It really made our week to stay in such a homely apartment.

Great stay at 23 Osborne. Apartment was very comfortable and well appointed with modern appliances and high quality of internet service. It is also very quite, and in a great positioned adjacent Great Windsor Park. The Accommodation Windsor team also provide excellent service and are very responsive and cooperative.

The flat was lovely, beautifully and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable. Definitely recommend. I missed not having a dishwasher but everything else made up for it. The walk into town was short and pretty. We came across a launderette nearby, a very practical shop called Joe's where you could by little quantities of foodstuff. We had a Chinese from Restaurant Hong Kong, food was amazing. Flat was equipped in every way and was immaculately clean. Definitely worth a stay!

Super located apartment just a short hop from the heart of Windsor. The apartment itself was sparkling and the management team were super reactive and if we needed anything. Special shout out to Syed for your quick response. The apartment is bright and sunny with all the amenities you would expect. There are great restaurants on the doorstep on St. Leonard's road and a super bakers 'Gail's' located 7 mins walk away, check out their cinnamon rolls! We discovered some super walks accessing the beautiful Windsor Great Park, plenty of space to enjoy a picnic with the backdrop of Windsor Castle. There is easy accessible parking at the rear of the building. Overall a super stay, I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and it was everything we could have asked for. The apartment is spacious and cozy so it quickly felt like a home away from home. It was great having our own well-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer so we could be self sufficient. As we didn't have a car, we loved how close it was to all the shops and pubs. I've stayed a few times at the Courtyard in a couple of different apartments. Each is brilliant, of slightly different character but without doubt a very enjoyable and stress-free place to stay. The courtyard location is absolutely first class. Parking on site is excellent and very secure, a 1 minute walk puts you in range of about 10 restaurants and pubs. All the facilities in the apartment are of good quality and work well, and there is sufficient cookware, utensils and odds and ends to make it a proper home from home when you want to stay in and cook. The staff at Accommodation Windsor are excellent and very responsive.

Overall it was fine, lack of a dishwasher was a surprise, and the shower is pretty rudimentary. But the washer- dryer worked well and had no problem parking.

A very cosy house, superbly situated near the main high street. All mod-cons included (wifi, Sky channels, washing machine, fridge, ironing board and iron). No coffee machine and a very old battered frying pan was a disappointment. Bizarrely, we were provided with two tablets for a dishwasher even though there isn't one in the house. A scouring pad for cleaning dishes and a few bin bags would also have been useful. The bathroom door did not close properly and would pop open at inopportune moments. A huge rotary fan was provided to help cool the upstairs but it was incredibly noisy even on the lowest setting. Smaller fans in each room would have sufficed. All-in-all, pricey but good, but with a few changes, it could be excellent.

Osborne Road; My wife and I enjoyed the stay here and choose this location to be away from the crowds. The front road is quite busy but did not notice any noise. The living room overlooked the parking area and the view was very enjoyable. The place was decorated nicely. The kitchen was a bit small but probably normal for England. The building was quiet. The bedroom had a beautiful view of the garden. We used the car park, and my wife walked daily to the shops. The place was very clean, and the bathroom had good pressure and hot water as needed. We did have an issue to get the washer door open, but they resolved the issue quickly. There was a smart TV, and the one flight of stairs walking up the front. Otherwise very enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Thus we continued to use them over the long stays. Each place had it's own extra's, from views, to decoration, to perks like Netflix. Just depends on the specific property. I have stayed at Accommodation Windsor flats 5 times over the past several years and always find them comfortable, convenient and much more cost effective than staying in a hotel. We had a very pleasant stay at 5 Garfield Place which is modern, clean and very well- equipped. The location is perfect, in a lovely quiet close just a few minutes walk from the main centre of Windsor and the castle. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed @ No.8 Garfield Place and it was an excellent 4 days. The house was in great condition and kept extremely well. Location was perfect for walking into Windsor centre and quiet enough at night for the kids to not be disturbed. Excellent overall service from Accom Windsor and we will be returning in 2019!

My family and I found the process of renting with accomodation Windsor an absolute breeze. Nothing was ever a problem for the team. I had a few requirements when looking for a place as we have 2 small children. Thanks to their assistance I found a wonderful, clean, spacious, airy, light filled and very comfortable apartment. Close to all our needs near town. We chose Accomodation Windsor for their prompt service in returning phone calls and emails quickly. Initially when looking for a place to stay they went out of their way and once set up in the apartment the girls assisted us with anything that we needed while we stayed here. We have been with them for almost 6 months now and I would recommend their services. Next time we are back in town I will definately use them again. Thank you all for being here. So much better than a real estate.

I’ve enjoyed my stay in the flat, it’s been a very nice accommodation and my “home away from home” for the past eight months. I chose the flat based on location, its bright and comfortable interior, separate eat-in kitchen, combo lounge/dining, and onsite private car park. It’s been plenty of room, with enough drawers and wardrobe space. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend the flat and complex to others. I’d also recommend Accommodation Windsor to the business traveler seeking either short or long term accommodation. In addition to your inventory, your management services have been great. Any issues have been dealt with the same day and didn’t require my involvement – just one phone call.

My husband and I have travelling to the UK for 2-3 months at a time on business from Sydney since 2008. That same year we found Accommodation Windsor and have used them ever since. They are a professional and well run team and nothing is ever too much effort. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We started by renting in Kingstable Street in Eton but later found we preferred the less busy environment of Camperdown House in Alma Road. Number 20 is our favourite, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it’s great for having the occasional visitor to stay. The wifi enables us to easily connect with work in Australia and the separate kitchen is large enough to cook meals if we’re not eating out. The apartment is an easy 5-10 minute walk to town for shopping/coffee and to the River or the Long Walk for an afternoon/evening stroll. We love everything Windsor has to offer; it’s proximity to the M4 and Heathrow, it’s shops, pubs and restaurants and of course Windsor Castle and the splendour of the changing of the guard and the annual ‘Knights of the Garter ceremony’

The apartment was perfect for our purpose (4 adults) - to attend the rowing at Eton Dorney for the London 2012 Olympic Games. It was extremely well appointed. Every time we needed to do something domestic, the item was to be found, including pot scrapers, dish cloths etc. It was wonderful on arrival not to have to go out and buy bottles of dishwashing liquid, clothes washing powder, lavatory paper etc., as it appears to be the policy these items are left for the next guests and if your turn comes up for replacement, then so be it. There was new soap and shampoo in the bathroom and a request for some additional towels was responded to immediately - as was a request for assistance for the operation of the television which had lots of remote controls!! It was well situated - easy walking distance to all the town amenities and Windsor Castle. The staff were cheerful and happy to go the extra mile - including assisting us with a car rental. Friendly and uncomplicated! We rented an apartment in Windsor during September 2010 and we are very happy that we chose Accomodation Windsor. I obtained a five-month rental in Eton from Accommodation Windsor. From the very beginning, the service and professionalism have been top-notch. While I looked on-line at a number of places, when I spoke with Lisa Fisher about what I was looking for, she said "I have just the place" - and she was right. It was the only place I actually visited, and I was sold. The apartment has everything I wanted - to be close to Windsor/Eton town center (100 meters from the footbridge!), a one-bedroom with a sofa-bed for guests, modern appliances, and reserved parking - a must, by the way, in this area! Everything I want is within a short walk. For me, it's the perfect place. The team there have been responsive to my requests for help, and have worked with me and my company to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I highly recommend Accommodation Windsor for anyone looking for short-term housing in the Windsor/Eton area.

The apartment was stunning, well equipped and finished beautifully, it was fresh and clean and with lovely extra touches like soft towels and nicely scented hand wash and shower gel, so much better than a hotel.
