For short-term lets or serviced accommodation / self catering bookings – there are no fees to pay other than a security deposit (normally £250 but depends on size of the party and the property). This is refunded at the end of your stay less any charges for unpaid accommodation fees (for example if leaving early and not giving enough notice), for any damages, excess cleaning, late check-out, loss of or damage to items belonging to the property or loss of income if the property has to be closed to tackle damages or extra cleaning needed as a result of your or your guests’ stay. Damages or loss of items are not limited to this damage deposit – an additional request for payment may be made if the above charges exceed what you have paid.
Upon booking you will be asked to pay £200 towards the accommodation costs in order to secure the property and the balance of the accommodation costs will be due two weeks before your arrival date. If your arrival is within the next two weeks we will ask for the full amount in advance. You can pay by credit or debit card securely online. For longer stays payments can be split into four-weekly intervals which is always due two weeks before the period start date to enable us time to process the transaction and make payments to our landlords.
