For a £250 deposit you can obtain a parking permit to park in an off-road allocated space behind the building.
This is refunded once the permit is handed back.

We had a wonderful stay at 31b St Leonards Road. The flat was spacious, light, clean, well furbished and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything including public transport. Accommodation Windsor were very helpful with an easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.
