1. Washing machine exceeds the 5 hours and still comes out wet when it should be dry. Needs replacing. 2. No message left advising us people entering the house. 3.No cleaning product in kitchen ie. Ajax for sink or pans. 4. Heating should be better controlled. 5. Alice and staff like always helpful to us. 6. We will be back in 25
