We are currently looking for more landlords with great properties to satisfy the growing demand by our corporate clients for serviced accommodation.  You provide the accommodation and we provide all of the servicing.  This includes cleaning, linen and towels, laundry, replacing consumable items, small maintenance issues and maximising your property income.

Accommodation Windsor Limited is a short term lettings service that was established in 2004 and employs a team of 12 people to take care of every aspect of property lettings and management.  If you are an investor looking to purchase a property in Windsor and have been trawling Rightmove for the right deal, then get in touch as we can help give advice on the type of property that will suit our clients’ needs well.

Typically our guests are working executives on extendable contracts that may book an initial month or two and end up staying for four or five.

  • have a good clean and tidy up, upgrade and maintain fixtures and fittings
  • de-clutter your home (modern and minimalised properties book better)
  • take an inventory of all items included in the rent, CREATE FLOORPLANS
  • repair, paint, touch-up and fix any problems with plumbing, drainage, electrics etc.
  • dress your property to look good – add scatter cushions, make the beds, clean the bathrooms
  • make it smell nice – open windows in summer and let in fresh air, tie back curtains
  • clean mirrors and windows, hoover and dust and keep it clean for viewings
  • appeal to executives – add work space where possible, clean lines and modern furniture
