Our Windsor office is open from:
8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
9am to 2pm Saturdays
We are located at Prince Leopold House, 71-73 Victoria Street, Windsor SL4 1EH
Our office is closed on Sundays however there are housekeeping staff working on Sundays. They are available for information and assistance with check-ins (if pre-booked) from 9am to 5.30pm. In an emergency our landline is diverted to a call centre who can assist you if necessary.
On Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays service may be limited. There is usually one staff member manning the phones during Public Holidays except for days when we are closed completely which will be posted here.
We are closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st January every year although there are staff on call for emergencies.
We close early on Christmas Eve at 2pm.
Please note that for accompanied check-ins, a staff member is available from 9 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Outside of office hours our main line (01753 833747) is diverted to a call centre that can contact us in an emergency. Please be aware that call out charges may apply for example if you have locked yourself out of your property after normal office hours and we have to come to let you back in!
