Call Out Information & charges
We sincerely hope you are happy in your rented accommodation. We work hard and closely with our landlords / owners to ensure that property maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. We make charges for call-outs where the issue or action is caused by you whether knowingly or not and do this to cover our costs when offering this service to you. We hope that you understand that we cannot offer this service without making a charge to cover the wages of the person called out.
There may be cases where the call out charge exceeds that quoted here – eg for a qualified engineer to assist. This will be notified to you before work commences.
If you have to call us out because you have locked yourself out of a property then this will result in a call-out charge of £50 if you are calling us out outside of our normal office hours. During office hours please call our office number and we will be able to let you back into the property without charge.
If calling due to emergency heating or gas or electrical issues that have occurred that were due to a faulty at the property (i.e. not caused by you) then this will not be charged for, however if you plug something in that trips a fuse then please be aware that this will be charged for at £50 per call-out when outside of normal office hours.
