It’s Jubilee fever all over again. Tomorrow Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth will unveil Windsor’s Diamond Jubilee Tribute in Windsor town centre. The sculpture was designed by competition winner Caroline Basra of Windsor Girls’ School and features 60 spheres spiralling upwards. The prize-winning tribute will be placed on the pedestrian concourse between Top Shop and Daniels.
