What We Are
Accommodation Windsor Ltd is a UK-based short-term and serviced apartment management company. We are the largest provider of short-let accommodation in Windsor, Berkshire, England, managing 50 fully furnished apartments and houses across Windsor and Eton.
We are not a hotel. We are not a traditional letting agent. We operate in the serviced accommodation sector — sitting between hotels and long-term residential rentals — offering guests a home-from-home experience with the flexibility of short-term booking.
Guests pay a single all-inclusive weekly price that covers everything:
- The property itself
- All utility bills (gas, water, electricity)
- Council tax
- TV licence
- Unlimited high-speed WiFi
- Smart TV (Sky, Netflix or Freeview)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine
- Linens and towels
- Private parking (all properties)

Our Properties
We manage 50 privately owned apartments and houses on behalf of landlords, renting them to guests on a short-term basis. Properties range from studio apartments to three-bedroom houses. All are fully furnished and professionally maintained.
Property types available:
- Studio apartments — ideal for solo travellers or couples
- One-bedroom apartments — perfect for business travellers
- Two-bedroom apartments — great for families or colleagues sharing
- Three-bedroom apartments and houses — spacious options for larger groups
Weekly rates range from £350 to £2,100 depending on property size, location and dates. All prices are fully inclusive.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Last-minute bookings of 4 nights may be available subject to availability.
Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am. Self check-in options available for convenience and privacy.

Our History
Accommodation Windsor Ltd was founded in 2004 by Nigel Holder. The company has operated continuously from its Windsor office ever since, growing from a small portfolio to become the largest independent short-let operator in Windsor and Eton. Now run by son Jakob Holder, Accommodation Windsor focusses on ensuring the very best experience for their guests.
We are based at Prince Leopold House, 71-73 Victoria Street, Windsor — a short walk from Windsor Castle and Windsor & Eton Central station.
