In the first instance please submit an enquiry using the button to the right.
Once you have chosen an apartment please contact us to request
a booking form link which will be emailed to you to complete your booking securely online. Please have your details and the details of the person staying at the property available (name, contact details, date of birth).
The online form will require credit card details. If paying by credit card then a reservation deposit of GBP 200 is taken and your booking confirmed by email with an invoice showing the charge and the balance due. If not paying by credit card then we still need credit card details for security - we will then pre-authorise your card while we wait for the actual payment to be made by bank transfer, all of this information will be sent to you in an email.

Once you have paid your GBP 200 reservation fee, the balance of the rent will be due 2 weeks before your arrival. For all arrivals less than two weeks in advance full payment must be made upon booking.
Keys cannot be handed out unless payment has been cleared to us in advance of arrival. If staying for more than 4 weeks then we can arrange to take payment four-weekly in advance and payment must be cleared to us at least two weeks prior to the renewal date so that we can make a cleared payment to the landlord.
Please note that we will only be able to confirm your booking once we have received payment as requested - an invoice will be sent to you for the rent as agreed. There is no vat to pay on rent as we either own or sublet these properties.
Please note that we are unable to handover any keys until we have received an initial payment of either the full amount or at least the first four weeks of a longer term booking..
Payment:
Please note that payment for all rental apartments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card or cleared funds - wire transfer (GBP 10 surcharge applies) cash, BACS credit or CHAPS transfer or banker's draft. A non-returnable deposit of £200 is required in advance to reserve accommodation with the balance due at least two weeks before arrival. Please note that we take Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Expreass & Debit / Solo Cards.
A 2% surcharge applies for all credit card payments (3.5% for Amercian Express), there is no fee for UK debit card payments.

Cancellation notice: we will require a minimum of 4 weeks notice of any cancellation or major change to your booking. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations less than this notice period unless we are able to re-let the property. A GBP 200 administration charge will be levied from your refund if we are able to re-let. Part refunds may be given for longer term paid bookings at the discretion of the property owner. Cancellation for longer term lets require at least four weeks notice unless otherwise agreed.
By sending us your booking form you are agreeing to pay for any damages or cleaning at the property that is required at the end of your stay in order for us to make the property suitable for re-letting. We kindly ask that you leave properties in a similar condition to how you found them when you moved in and that any damages or breakages or maintenance issues are reported to us as soon as you are aware of them.
All properties and communal areas are strictly NON SMOKING. We reserve the right to make a charge for additional cleaning if required.
